Incoming quotes go through Petja and every quote sent out to a customer also goes through him. Petja also works occasionally on the construction sites as a site manager, which is a good balance to costs calculation and financial management.

Mika has 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Half of the experience is from commercial roles, such as B2B sales. His sales experience has given him a good perspective for purchasing. Mika is currently responsible for general procurement and delivery contracts. Alongside procurement, he manages his own construction sites, usually related to damaged structures repair. Mika has worked for Respect since 2018.

Kalmer has over 10 years of work experience in the construction industry. He is a multi-talented handyman who has done almost everything there is to do at a construction site. Kalmer has advanced from construction sites first to a foreman and then to a site manager. Kalmer has worked for Respect since 2018.

Jarmo has 15 years of work experience in the construction industry. Jarmo is a highly trained craftsman who has done almost anything there is to do at a construction site. He has advanced from construction sites first to a foreman and then to a site manager. Jarmo has worked for Respect since 2014.

Giedrius has worked on different construction projects for 25 years. He has a wide range of experience in both component production and construction sites. Giedrius is currently working as a supervisor of a working group and is mainly responsible for projects involving interior construction. His crew takes care of any duty with the certainty that comes with his experience. Giedrius has worked for Respect since 2012.

Tomi has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Tomi has worked in various positions in construction projects. During the past few years, Tomi has worked in multiple plumbing renovation projects and other renovation projects. Tomi works as a responsible site manager and project manager in construction projects. As a balance for site management tasks, Tomi also does costs calculation Tomi has worked for Respect since 2020.

Mika is a co-founder of the company. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and he has encountered a wide range of construction sites in these years. Mika has gained experience at the same pace the company has grown. He is responsible for the operations and results of every one of the company’s construction sites. Mika’s key colleagues are site managers and subcontractor site managers.

Janne has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a wide range of renovation projects on different sites, from plumbing renovations to hotel renovation projects. Currently, Janne mainly focuses on cost calculation for tendering. Janne also supervises his own projects from time for a balance to the office work. Janne has worked for Respect since 2017.

Mikko has over 20 years of experience in renovation and refurbishment projects, as well as in managerial roles. His career spans both the contractor and client sides, including cost estimation, site management, project supervision and the coordination of design and delivery. He has worked as a construction supervisor and developer in both residential and commercial projects. In 2019, Mikko transitioned back from development to production and has been with Respect ever since. In his current role at Respect Project, Mikko is responsible for the leadership of commercial premises projects and client relationships.
